Made from beautifully raised Berkshire pork, the pigs are pasture-raised with absolutely no antibiotics, no growth hormones and no glyphosate. From the way the animals are raised right through to the traditional curing process, every part of this ham has been done differently — and you can taste it.

Each ham is slowly cured in a handmade brine using only real ingredients, then hot smoked over local red gum for that rich, old-fashioned smoky depth that fills the kitchen the second the packet is opened. It’s juicy, beautifully tender and incredibly moreish — perfect for lunchboxes, toasted sandwiches, weekend platters or eating straight from the fridge.

Unlike conventional ham, absolutely no chemical preservatives or natural nitrates are used. That means the colour is naturally softer — a pale pinky-brown instead of the bright artificial pink most people are used to. Real ham made the traditional way should look this way.
