Shipping Policy

We ship our perishable items via a refrigerated courier service. If you order does not contain items that require refrigeration we may send your items via a non-refrigerated service such as Australia Post.

Our current days for delivery are Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout Victoria.

We offer free shipping over $299 however a shipping charge of $25 is subject to orders less than $299. This is added at checkout.

If you require a delivery to Albury or Mildura areas extra shipping charges may apply. In some cases we may choose not to offer delivery to these areas.

Not all postcodes, towns and areas within Victoria are serviced via our courier and for this reason you may find that a refund is offered if you order from an area that we do not currently ship to. Each matter will be handled individually to see if a delivery can be completed in another way.
