Because we handle premium fresh and perishable items, we utilize a certified 100% cold-chain refrigerated courier network to ensure your custom orders travel securely at strict butcher-grade temperatures directly to your doorstep.
(Note: If your custom box contains only non-perishable supplements or pantry products, we will safely ship your items via standard networks like Australia Post).
Our Shipping Rates
  • Orders Over $299: 100% Completely Free Delivery across our standard courier delivery zones.
  • Orders Under $299: A flat-rate refrigerated cold-freight delivery fee of $25 is added at checkout.
Interstate Delivery Footprint & Hubs
We deliver fresh weekly across our dedicated interstate network servicing the following regions:
  • Victoria (VIC): Full Melbourne metro, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Ranges, Gippsland, Central Highlands, Bendigo, Ballarat, and regional zones. (Our core delivery days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
  • New South Wales (NSW): Sydney metro, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle, Taree, and Port Macquarie.
  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT): Direct Canberra home delivery.
  • Queensland (QLD): Brisbane metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Tweed Heads.
  • South Australia (SA): Direct metropolitan Adelaide home delivery.
Regional Guidelines & Surcharges
We aim to service as many regional communities as possible. However, because specialized refrigerated delivery zones are strictly managed by our couriers, please note the following exceptions:
  • Albury & Mildura Regions: Delivery to these specific regional hubs may require extra cold freight surcharges. In rare instances where cold-chain logistics cannot be guaranteed to your specific address, we will contact you to arrange alternative drop-off methods.
  • Unserviced Postcodes: If you place an order from a remote regional area that falls completely outside our courier network, our team will review it individually to see if a secure delivery can be completed. If a logistics solution cannot be found, we will contact you immediately and issue a full, hassle-free refund.
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
No. Your order is hand-packed inside specialized, heavy-duty insulated cold boxes packed with high-grade gel ice sheets. This technical setup keeps your meat perfectly fresh and chilled on your doorstep for hours even if you are at work. You will receive a tracking update via text message from the courier network with your estimated delivery window to keep you completely informed.
