You will receive a whole piece of brisket your choice of size weighing a minimum of your selected size. Our organic brisket has been expertly cut and vacuum sealed by our master butcher for your convenience.

AMAZING RECIPE!

Brisket Gnocchi Pasta (Kid-Friendly Version) PRINT

Try this one you wont be disappointed:

You’ll need:

500g gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)

About 2 cups cooked brisket, shredded (leftovers are perfect)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1–2 cups passata (pureed tomato) or a good-quality pasta sauce

1/2 cup beef broth or water (optional, to loosen the sauce)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

A sprinkle of grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan) for the top

Fresh parsley (optional) to sprinkle before serving

How to cook:

Cook the gnocchi:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface (about 2-3 minutes).

Scoop them out with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Make the sauce:

In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil.

Saute the onion until soft (about 5 minutes), then add the garlic and cook another minute.

Stir in the shredded brisket and cook until warmed through.

Add the passata, oregano, basil, and a little splash of broth or water if needed to thin the sauce.

Let it gently simmer for 5–10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine:

Gently add the cooked gnocchi into the sauce and toss everything together so the gnocchi is coated.

(Optional but delicious):

Transfer everything into a baking dish, sprinkle some cheese over the top, and pop it under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Kids love this part!

Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like, and serve warm.

 Why kids love it:

The gnocchi are soft and pillowy.

The brisket is tender and not "weird" or chewy.

And hello, melted cheese on top... always a win!
