You will receive a beef shank of your choice of size weighing a minimum of your selected size. Our organic beef shank has been expertly cut and vacuum sealed by our master butcher for your convenience.

You will only be charged for the size you select, all beef shanks will be a minimum of your selected size and any larger shanks provide an added bonus to you- FREE!
