This salami is made using 100% Australian free range pork with no preservatives. The coarse meat mixture is air dried and cured in a special cloth casing and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks.
The pork is free-range, anti-biotic free, growth hormone promotant free and free from chemicals. Pigs are born and raised for their entire lives in a stress-free, natural outdoor environment – pigs are free to roam 24 hours a day. They always have access to clean, fresh, spring-fed water and plenty of shade and shelter.
