• 1kg diced beef
• 2 tblspns oil
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 400ml cans coconut cream
• 4 cloves garlic – chopped
• 1 tspn ginger, jar or fresh
• 2 tblspn brown sugar
• 1 tspn salt
• 2 tblspn lemon juice
  
• 2 tblspns fresh chopped coriander leaf
