Butter Chicken Spice Mix

Our version of this very popular dish. Rich, creamy and full of wonderful flavours.

Spices:

Coriander, almond meal, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, asafetida, nutmeg, garlic, chilli, fenugreek leaf.

Butter Chicken Shopping List

• 1KG Chicken Thigh Fillets cubed
• 100g Butter [real butter]
• 1 Large Onion, chopped
• 1 Cup Chicken Stock
• 400g Can Pureed Tomatoes
• 1 Tblspn Tomato Paste
• 1 Tspn salt
• 300ml Plain Yoghurt or Fresh Cream. (Cream is much yummier. We prefer to use light cream. If using yoghurt use thick set Greek Style, it doesn’t curdle.)
