Chilli Con Carne Spice Mix

A yummy version of this popular Meican dish. Makes a great, easy meal for a hungry group. Served with corn chips and sour cream. Use leftovers to make a yummy Tex Mex pizza!

Chilli Con Carne Shopping List

• 600g lean beef mince
• 2 large onions chopped
• 2 x 410g can tomatoes
• 500ml beef stock
• 140g tomato paste (1/2 cup)
• 2 x 440g can red kidney beans (drained)
• 4 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 tblspns oil
• 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
