Lamb Korma Spice Mix (Mild)

A mild and creamy traditional style lamb curry.

Spices:

Sesame Seed, Almond Meal, Ginger, Chilli, Cloves, Cardamom, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon & Black Pepper.

• 1 kg diced lamb
• 1 large onion – chopped
• 6 garlic cloves – chopped
• 1 small eggplant
• 200 ml chicken stock
• 1 tspn salt
• 300 ml cream
• 3 tblspns oil and plain yoghurt for serving
