Rogan Josh Spice Mix

This is a well loved dish, the lamb marinated in yoghurt giving the meat a smooth texture. A really memorable dish.

Spices:

Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Sweet Paprika, Garam Masala and Chilli.

Rogan Josh Shopping List

• 1kg diced lamb
• 2 med onions (chopped)
  
• 250ml plain yoghurt
• 1 tblspn malt vinegar
• 4 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 tblspn crushed ginger
• 2 tblspns oil
• 125 ml chicken stock
• 2 tblspns fresh chopped coriander
• 2 tblspns fresh chopped mint
• 1 tspn salt
